Double Cleans - 16/16kg, Double Squat Press - 16/16kg - 6 X 3
No rest between the double cleans and double squat presses, about 2 minutes between sets
TGU's - 16kg X 1 , 20kg X 2
20kg was difficult, but doable
Single leg squat - 16/16kg X 6 X 3
