Long circuit thing...
Single hand swing+Snatch+Neg. Press+FSQ+PP; alternating - 16kg; 4L/4R x3

Dragon Walks + Push-ups (8) - 16kg x3

Latter that day I had a spare 15 minutes...
Snatches 16kg 10L/10R x6
