This is the potato salad I made for our 4th of July meal. It has spinach, egg, cucumber, feta cheese, fresh new onions, chicken sausage, herbs from my garden, and fresh new red potatoes. It is dressed with mint-chive vinaigrette.
My workout was short and heavy... 10 sets of L/R single 24kg push press. I didn't get a chance to GTG as much as I planned... 3 sets of 4.
