Saturday workout with Ang

Angela and I trained at The Press Gym...

Single arm swing pyramid - 5/5 up one to 10/10, back to 5/5

Swing, Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Negative Press - 2/2 and one up to 5/5

Then we drilled Windmills


I got a pretty ugly blister on my right hand, ring finger... weird.
