Backbends in Yoga class today... backbends are starting to feel better. It is still more challenging than they used to be. Intercostals seam tight. However, everything felt pretty good.

I used to do backbends...when I was 13 or so (that was quite some time ago)

Backbends are so important to back and shoulder health... plus an excellent leg workout! Do a backbend, your body will thank you!
