A light workout today - I like TGU's but I don't practice them very often... I did the TGU's OH Squat style, which is my favorite way to go. The Sots Press Pistol Style is tough.

SPPS; 8kg - 1/1,1/1 Rest 1/1,1/1

TGU; 16kg - 3/3, 3/3, 3/3
20kg; 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1
Rest between sets

Hey Fawn,

my wife does TGU's the same way; overhead squat style. I have a difficult time doing them that way because of limited mobility. Must be all that yoga you have done that has made you mobile.

Using the 20kg on TGU is big time. Nice job!

Sorry, don't know where that came from - oh yeah I do, I just watched men's synchronized swimming.

TGUs look totally cool when you do them, as do the sots presses. Something about squatting way down with a kettlebell locked out overhead.
