Tracy & Me

Tracy and I had an awesome weekend together! Here are a few things we did...

Tracy and I both love food... I brought her down to the Saint Paul Farmers Market, where good food starts.

Aaron coaches Tracy with the Sig Sauer 226 9mm. First time shooting, great shot!

Mike Nelson pushing through the graduation workout! Nice job Mike!
Tracy and I snap some action shots!

Superman... aka Geoff Nuepert.

Aaron and I watching the RKC candidates' graduation workout. Boy, that looks like a tough workout!

I'll take two Beasts please!

What happened to the weather? Already cold out there?

Is is just me, that couple beasts don't look that big. You'll double clean it in no time.

Thanks to you and Aaron for stopping out to the RKC! I appreciate the encouragement.
Thanks for posting a half descent photo from the grad training session--that was quite brutal and my tall spine looks better than I thought it would at that point.
Rock on

I also picked up some apple sized squashes called "gold nugget", I'm going to stuff them in some kind of way...it'll be squah-a-rama around here for a while, lol.

By the way...I came home to 85 degree weather...freakin gorgeous

Tracy,

Gold Nugget... I will have to look for them. Please keep me updated with your adventures with the pressure cooker.

I wish we would have had one more day together to squeeze in a yoga class. Our time was packed with fun!

Fawn, it kills me that I won't be back out until April! But hopefully you can make the trip here to CA, (I know you'll love Santa Cruz) in Feb.

Oh, of course Aaron is always invited too, maybe you can split the trip so he can join either before or after the San Jose cert.

I know! It is so quiet and lonely here without you... even Elsa has been looking for you.

Great photos! I hope one day Yoana and I can meet you and Aaron when we are up in Minnesota! Maybe next year!

We would LOVE to meet you two! I'm still kicking myself for not introducing myself at the June cert!

Franz Snideman said...

Yes, next time introduce yourselves. Or better yet, we will introduce ourselves since we now know what you two ATHLETES look like :)

Aaron Friday said...

Franz, I'll be the guy in the lawn chair with a beer in one hand and a cigar in the other.

Geez, don't you think we'll recognize you since each of your comments is accompanied by your picture? I expect you're much larger in real life, however.

Glad you guys are safe in San Diego.

Oh... the Sig 9 mil. Absolutely my favorite pistol in the 40 cal version :)

Hey, J Renee! The Sig is my gun... I love it! If you are ever up here in MN, we will have to make a trip to the gun range. Aaron is in charge of the guns...
