Short and Quick

I got a workout in between clients today. I also did some swings with the 12kg - I go you go style. Nothing too exciting...

16kg - 10/10,10/10, 10/10, 10/10

Short and sweet...yet very effective!
That is the beauty of KB's....a couple of basic movements and the whole body is worked!

I love those double cleans with the 16kg...but the pressing part! I actually dbl/cl/pu pr the 16's for 3 a couple of weeks ago and was shocked the first time they went up how much I had to use my legs to get them overhead.

I'll have to try again.

I know! I love training with KB's. They are the perfect fit for me!

I love Push Presses! I will have to revisit that movement soon.
