VO2 Max Workout...

Tracy Reifkind showed me the VO2 max workout when she was here visiting last month. Tracy wasn't here, so I did my workout with the Gym Boss...

VO2 Max 15:15
Snatch; 12kg
8 Reps, 30 Sets

I should have done 40 sets... oh well next time.
