The best thing about Mondays is squats... Maura and I met up for a night of fun under the special York squat bar. Here is how it all went down...

VERY nice! great job,especially the first rep( which is the most important one)what a difference the heel made. unreal. lost a little tension on the second rep and got a bit forward on the descent. still solid but not as tight as the first.
200 lbs is a seriously good working squat weight!

I know, 200lbs is huge! It was only a few months ago I even tried 200lbs! Honestly... this workout psyched me out a little. My first set was a little on the high side, posted is the second set, the third felt the best, but no video, the last set I was ready to be done.

Pause squats are awesome! Light enough to easily work though with out thinking "get this off me now"... very helpful!
