Monday Squats

Squat night at The Press gym... all good stuff. Maura met up with me for some time under the bar. Here how it went down for me...

Back Squat
95X5
135X3
165X2
185X2
195X2X6
~I am at 80%, this is just the right amount of weight... fun, yet challenging. Sets 3 and 6 felt the best.

Pause Squats
115X8
125X8
135X8
~Wow! I can't believe I did 8 pause squats at 135, that is pretty good for me!

abs... which I still hate.

Hi Fawn-ahh how nice to enjoy someone else's yoga class. I'm dumping the one class I teach come September to focus on all things kb, which will end up including yoga, I'm sure. It just means cutting back on drive and set up/take down time. I'm going to email you some pics for Maura;) -Kate
