Well, I was going to try something new, but it was just too big of a change for my comfort zone. Plus, I just didn't know what I was doing. Now my training is all goofed up... I am still planning on doing a meet on November 8. I've adjusted my goals to simply participating and maybe a 240 something squat. Oh well... Here is how it all went down...
