Wednesday Bench Training

Met up with the National Bench Press Champion Maura Shuttleworth for some work on the bench press. I had a long day... starting with a 6am Kettlebell class at Vitality. I was on the go all the way up to 7pm. Unfortunately I was a little low on energy by workout time. Here is how it all went down...
