Bench Press

I almost skipped training on Monday... then Anna White showed up at The Press Gym. We decided to work on some bench pressing. Here is how it all went down...

I *love* windmills, all variations. They really do hit all those tiny shoulder stabilizers.

What the heck is a face pull? It does not sound pleasant.

I do face pulls all the time-great exercise-sorry your shoulders are bothering you-my left one is acting up again-sympathy pains?

What are face pullups? The link was cutoff. I love the name of your blog by the way ... I also do yoga, kettlebells, and crossfit.

Hi Jared,
It is a FACE PULL. They are done using a high cable and rope attachment. The movement is preformed by pulling the rope toward the bridge of your nose, shoulders retract and externally rotate. Enjoy!
