Bench Press with Maura

It was a long day for me... I have been running around like my hair is on fire. Stopped off for William's yoga class...

William's yoga class. Standing asana, headstand, shoulder stand with a sandbag on my feet, some backbends and a few arm balances. I love yoga class!

Met up with Maura for training tonight. Here is how it all went down...
