Deadlift Training

I scheduled a little deadlift lesson for my kettlebell students on Friday evening. Maura and I met up early on Friday for deadlift training. It was kind of nice lifting earlier in the day. Here is how it went down for me...

Hey save the deadlift lessons for your KB students for me when I come out next month! Sounds like you've jumped right back into the groove with those numbers-keep up the good work! When are you starting your training cycle for Raw nationals?

We are preparing for the TSC on April 4. It was their first time deadlifting. They did great, checkout Facebook!
